A studio of one · Est. 2025

Your website looks fine.
It just doesn’t do anything.

A clear website should earn the next conversation.

The problem

A common story.
You’ve lived some of it.

You can explain your business in two minutes. Your site takes nine, and still leaves people guessing.

The traffic arrives. The bounce rate climbs. The contact form sits empty for weeks. You blame the copy, then the design, then the photography, then yourself.

The shift

A site isn’t a brochure with a contact form bolted on the end.

It’s a product. It has a job. When the job is clear, the visitor knows what to do within seconds, and the writing, the design, and the structure all point the same way. When it isn’t, no amount of polish saves it.

Most studios build brochures and call them websites. We build sites that work as products, for founders who don’t have time to find out which kind they ended up with.

We’re Novus Page. A small studio that designs and builds websites for founders, entrepreneurs, and small B2B teams. Strategy, design, build. Shipped in weeks, not quarters.

A hand sketching a website wireframe on tracing paper, with a rust-coloured arrow pointing toward a small call-to-action button.

Work

We’re a new studio.
The founder isn’t.

Novus Page is new. The work behind it isn’t. Before this studio existed, our founder spent years designing and building websites and brand systems for founders and small teams across wellness, corporate gifting, services, and creative ventures.

Case studies are in production. If you’d like a walkthrough of recent work, ask for one in the call.

Process

Three steps.
No surprises.

1

Understand.

You fill in a short brief, then we talk. The brief tells us where you are. The call tells us where you want to go. We’d rather spend an hour here than build the wrong thing for six weeks.

2

Propose.

We send a written proposal. Scope, timeline, deliverables, fee. Nothing hidden, nothing pencilled in. If something needs adjusting, we adjust before the work starts, not in the middle of it.

3

Build, ship, settle up.

We design and build. You see the work as it develops. When the site is live and you’re happy with it, you pay. Not before.

A useful website does not need to shout. It needs to make the next step feel obvious.

Pricing

Start with the shape of the work.

Every proposal is fixed-scope and written before the project begins. These are starting points, not packages pretending every business is the same.

Essentials From $600

Single-page site. Brochure, launch page, or founder bio. Launch-ready in 1–2 weeks.

Studio From $1,500

Multi-page website. Bespoke design, content strategy, CMS if needed. 3–6 weeks.

Signature On request

Larger scope. Custom interaction, brand systems, editorial publishing. Timeline scoped to project.

Also available

Sometimes the website needs a brand to sit on.

Some clients come with a brand. Others need one built. If yours doesn't exist yet, or doesn't fit anymore, we work it out alongside the website.

Logo, colour palette, typography, imagery direction. Set out in a brand guide you can hand to anyone designing for you later. Plus the working templates: pitch decks, business cards, social posts.

From $1,000 · 4–6 weeks

Every project begins with a discovery conversation. No templates, no retainers.

Founder

A real person leads this studio.

Manoj, founder of Novus Page.
Manoj · Founder, Novus Page

Novus Page is led by Manoj. He’ll be on every call, in every proposal, and in the file when the site goes live. You won’t be passed to an account manager, because there isn’t one.

Manoj has been designing and building websites for founders for five years, across wellness, gifting, and design-led services. He writes his own copy, shapes the design, and answers his own emails.

Currently taking on selective founder-led website projects.

FAQ

The questions you’d ask if we were already talking.

The starting points are public: Essentials from $600, Studio from $1,500, and Signature on request. After the brief and the call, we send a written proposal with a fixed fee. If it’s outside your budget, we’ll tell you, and we’ll be honest about whether a smaller scope makes sense or whether we’re not the right studio for this project.

No. Most of our clients are founders who know their business inside out and have no patience for design jargon. Our job is to translate what you do into a site that works. If you can describe your business clearly, we can do the rest.

We work best with founders, entrepreneurs, and small B2B teams who want a site that performs, not just one that looks good. If you need a large e-commerce build, a complex web app, or a brand that requires a fifteen-person team, we’re not it. Book a call. We’ll be honest within fifteen minutes.

Most projects ship in four to eight weeks from kick-off. Faster on tight scopes, longer on larger builds with multiple stakeholders. The proposal will give you a date, and we hold to it.

Hand-written HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for lean sites. React or Astro when a project calls for richer interaction, publishing, or scale. The stack follows the job, not the other way around.

Strategy, copy direction, design, build, and launch. SEO basics, analytics, and a handover walkthrough so your team can update content without us. Photography, illustration, and brand work can be added on if you don’t have them already.

We write copy direction, headlines, and structural copy as part of the project. Long-form content (case studies, blog posts) is collaborative. For imagery, we work with what you have, or we’ll recommend photographers and illustrators if new work is needed.

We offer optional ongoing support. Small updates, copy changes, new sections, billed monthly or per task. You’re not locked in. Most clients do a check-in after three months and decide from there.

Because we’d rather get it right than get it signed off. If a site isn’t doing its job by the time it’s ready to launch, charging for it isn’t the answer. The model works because we only take on projects we’re confident we can deliver.

Work · 2025

You don’t want a portfolio.
You want to know if
we can do the thing.

Most studio portfolios are visual highlight reels. Pretty screens, drop shadows, no context.

They tell you what a site looks like, not what it does, who it’s for, or whether it actually worked.

Selected work

Recent builds, shown as they are.

A few recent projects across publishing, wellness, events, coaching, and founder-led businesses. Some are live. Some are moving from staging to public launch.

  1. Reading Essays

Reading Essays is a long-form publication of essays drawn from books worth reading slowly. The build had to feel like reading itself — quiet typography, a dark mode that doesn’t shout, and an archive that accumulates cleanly issue by issue. We wired up Substack for subscriptions and a custom domain on top of a static front-end.

    readingessays.com
  2. Sovereign Child

A single-page editorial summary of a book on parenting philosophy. Built for readers who wanted to understand the argument in twenty minutes, not twenty hours. Dark and light modes, a scroll-reveal header, and a structure that mirrors the book’s chapters.

    sovereignchildexplainer.com
  3. The Knots Studio

Aarthy Balachandran spent fifteen years inside Amazon and Genpact and came out wanting to fix corporate gifting. The studio is her answer. We built a brand-led brochure site that introduces the offering, captures enquiries, and signals that this is gifting with intent — not procurement.

    theknotsstudio.netlify.app
  4. SALSI 2026

A society-led summit needed a single-page site that could carry programme, speakers, venue, and registration in one scroll. We built it lean and fast, with payment and registration flows scoped for India ahead of the event.

    salsi-2026.netlify.app
  5. Trttvam

Dr. Sharon Samuel’s clinical practice needed a site that read as carefully as her work. We built a brand and website that introduces the practice, the programmes, and the journal — quietly, with room for testimonials and a clear path to a consultation.

    trttvam.netlify.app
  6. Shivani Suri

An executive coach working with leaders “returning to themselves.” The site needed to feel as composed as a coaching session. We built a quiet service site with a single, clear path to a discovery call, and the writing space the practice deserved.

What the founder has built

Years of work, made in public.

Before Novus Page existed, our founder designed and built websites and brand systems for founders and small teams across wellness, corporate gifting, design-led services, and B2B consulting. The studios changed. The approach didn’t. Short timelines, direct working relationships, and sites built around the visitor’s experience rather than the brand’s identity.

Recent work includes a wellness practice site for a clinical practitioner, a five-page brand and website for a Bengaluru-based corporate gifting venture, and multiple founder-led service businesses across India and the UK.

If you’d like a walkthrough of any of these, mention it in the call. We’ll show you the live work, the briefs, and the decisions behind them.

About · The studio

Most studios are agencies
pretending to be small.

You’ve felt this. The pitch is led by a senior partner. The work goes to a team you’ll never meet.

Updates come through an account manager. Decisions take a week. By the time the site ships, the founder you trusted at the start is on a different project.

The shift

We’re built the other way around.

Novus Page is small on purpose. One founder leads every project. The same person who runs your kick-off call writes your proposal, designs your homepage, and ships your site. There’s no handover, because there’s no team to hand it to.

This isn’t a constraint. It’s the reason the work is faster, sharper, and more honest. Fewer people in the room means fewer translations between what you said, what we heard, and what gets built.

The founder

Manoj.

Manoj, founder of Novus Page.
Studio of one · Bengaluru

Hi. I’m the founder. I design and build websites for founders, entrepreneurs, and small teams. I’ve been doing this for five years, across wellness, gifting, services, and creative ventures.

I started Novus Page because too many small businesses end up with sites that look fine and do nothing. I wanted to build a studio where the work is treated as a product from the first call, where the timeline is measured in weeks, and where the founder I’m working with knows exactly who’s building their site, because it’s me.

Beyond the studio, I host RareErth, a podcast of long-form conversations with rare individuals, now in its fourth season. I produce music, write a newsletter, and treat each medium as a different way of earning someone’s full attention.

If that sounds like the kind of studio you’d want to work with, let’s talk.
